Acknowledgements

In submitting an image for printing, you, the customer, confirms that you own the rights to your photograph or have obtained the relevant written permission. We reserve the right to refuse to print or manufacture any image that may cause offence to public taste, attitudes and/or concerns. The final print quality will be determined by the quality of the original image.

Original photographic images

We strongly recommend that copies are made of your photographs prior to sending them, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. Your photograph will be returned to you with your canvas print.

Digital images

We can accept digital Images by email or on CD in most file formats.

Prints and transparencies

It is recommended that your photograph/transparency/negative/slide is supplied in a hard back envelope if sent through the post and sent via Registered Post.

All items purchased from Art On Canvas are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
