Delivery

Once a proof has been sent and we have written approval, work will then commence on your order as soon as payment has been received. We require five working days to make up your order, and depending on your location, delivery can be up to 10 working days. However, if you require delivery sooner than this, or would like to request a specific delivery date, please email info@art-on-canvas.com.au and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Please note however that once parcels have been passed onto our chosen courier we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur in transit.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or it arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days to arrange either a replacement or refund, If you simply change your mind, please note that you will have to pick up the return cost of sending the item back.
